Hello all. 66 Mustang with 1990 302. Long tube headers, should I go with Flowmaster 2 or 3 chambers? Why is 2 chambers better than 3 or vice versa?
Thanks in advance.

Gary in NC,
The 3 chamber Flowmaster is easier to live with on the highway as they're a bit quieter than the 2 chamber design.
I don't think there is any difference to performance.

both my boy and I have the 2 chambers, great for my street rod but when both vehicle hit 2000 rpm there is an awfull load rumble. I have not insulated and finished the cab so It will be quiter later. Every day may be hard to handle the 2 chamber.

Much better. No noticeable difference in performance, but sounds much better. A more mellow, aggressive sound.
