Trying To avoid a Mustang II Saga circa 1974.. (V6 vs V8 2006+)

Carried away is right! LOL! Ok...sorry I haven had a chance to post... got a new baby at home and my computer crashed on top of it! LOL! So i've had my hands full!

I need to up date my website with the latest "stuff". We had the car on the dyno yesterday... 313RWHP / 290RWTQ....

FWIW I'm leaning toward the V6 ragtop with the Pony Package... The rental I had last week had plenty of power and torque and your website is an inspiration as to what can be done as projects a little at a time.

I'm going to test drive the GT coupe this week just to see what it's like, but I can't afford a ragtop AND a GT and I suspect the ragtop, at least for me has more *fun factor* than the extra 100 horses.

But then again............ ha ha!

FWIW they had an article in the local paper that said 70 percent of

2005/2006 Mustangs sold were the V6 variety.

Thanks! Keep your eyes open for an upcoming issue of Modified Mustangs... just got a phone call today... looks like my car is a 6 page feature! LOL!
