Anyone know if it's possible ( and not too complicated ) to have a remotely opperated "boot / hatch" release on the 280XZX ?
I'm about to get central locking added onto my '83 280ZX, would like to also be able to pop open the hatch with the remote !

Sure it's posible, have to use an aftermarket electric "popper" to release it.
But would that efect the way the hatch releases now...with a lever connected to a cable etc.. ???
You asked if it was possible...
Someone with some experience should be able to do it. I have no idea what they need to do to make everything work like it should.
