I have a problem with my brakes squeaking and or grinding after the car has been sitting for more than a couple of hours. Anyone else experience this. The dealer says it's normal.
The other problem is the fuel gauge only goes up to 7/8, and the tank is full of gas. The dealer has no idea on what causes this.

I have a 2001 QX4, and used to have a 1999 QX4. The brakes on both sucked, though the brakes on the '01 suck a little less. Anyway, the rears definitely squeal, and the dealer says it's normal. Twice I had the dealer clean out the brake dust, and that helped for a few months. Whatever. Nissan should have given us 4-wheel disks, like on the previous generation Pathfinder SEs. Maybe next model.
Cannot help you here. Sounds like a sender unit problem to me, but I'm not a mechanic.
