Is it common for these models to lack power in 4 high? At a stop on a hill the truck will bog down and almost stall when in 4 high. If I switch it to 4 low it will climb fine. Even without engaging the 4 x4 option it seems to run better. Also what is the average fuel comsuption for this vehicle? ( miles or kilometres per tank?) Thanks
