A little bit simple question, I have 03 Alty, has run for 2 years and is hitting 13,000 miles so far, just wondering if it is time to change the coolant, or it's OK to wait more. I keep hearing different opinions from every two years to five years, or 30K to 45K miles.

I would just do whatever it says in the maintenance schedule that came with the car. Sometimes its in the owner's manual. Sometimes its a separate little book. Nissan uses a long life anti-freeze. 13,000 miles is too soon.
OK, my maintenance schedule says,
change coolant every 2years or 30 K miles whichever comes first for premium care.
and there is no change instruction for schedule 1 (severe driving), schedule
2 (highway driving)I don't want premium care, 'cause it looks too much for me, but I don't wanna ruin my car either by not changing it.
Schedule 1 (severe) is as much as you should ever have to do. Since you are putting pretty low mileage on it, I would go for the 30k miles, however long that takes.
