'99 Nissan Sentra GXE
Only one headlight on when set on normal brightness. But BOTH come on using highbeams. Is this symptomatic of a bigger problem with the electrical system? Is it dangerous?

If you have twin hadlamps - more liley to be a fuse
If you have singleheadlamps with twin-filamant bulbs - more likly to be s bulb gone duff.
Replace as appropriate - if it's a fuse, and it blows again - see an auto electrician.
