2000 Altima No Start

Hi:

Trying to get a friends 2000 Nissan Altima started. She forgot to plug it in last night and now after she said she flooded it, the car cranks but will not start with a boost.

I failed to mention that the temperature here last night was about -33 below zero, which is not unusual this time of the year. She told me the car had been starting good all winter.( being plugged in). My question is, is there anything that might have kicked out the fuel or electrical, like the PCM? The reason I say that is now that we have been cranking and boosting all this time, I cannot smell gas at all. I have been holding down the fuel pedal and trying with it up also.

If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to post them

Appreciated Mike
