92 maxima

I have a 92 maxima, recently the engine stopped.



I can rotate the crank counter clockwise and the chain is slipping on something as it does not turn the cam shafts. I have yet to take it apart to see what the real issue is, but any suggestions would be appreciated.



The 24 valve motor.

Maybe the tensioner let go and the chain slipped off the sprockets. At any rate, that's an interference motor so you're probably looking at some bent valves.
