I have a 99 maxima, its driving fine, except often it does not shift from second to third normally. the engine revs up to shift rpm and then it sounds as though the engine is starving for air. Eventually in 4 or 5 seconds it shifts into third and all is well. Has anyone had this problem? Its a real bummer when you go to pass a car. It seems to be worse when the a/c is running, but then maybe its my imagination.
