Just had some work done on my 1995 Maxima. CV Boots changed, and had to wait for a week for parts to come in to do the rear struts. While waiting, the CEL came on. The dealer checked it out today, it had logged a Engine Knock twelve starts ago, an EGR valve 11 starts ago and a Transmission fault this morning. They decided that nothing conclusive was indicated and reset the CEL.
Has anyone seen this type of activity where you get different faults show up but nothing evident is wrong?
FWIW, the car runs and handles like new again.
