Having read the thread on chipping a 306HDi 90 to 110, I thought I'd try to find out what my 2001 306 HDi is. The V5 doesn't tell me which but the VIN number ends in 110 so is this any indication?
Engine number is DYHF4002119. I've taken the cover off the engine but nothing seems to indicate which it is. How can I tell?

Previous owner was a Pug main dealer so I doubt they had it done! If Pug only made 90bhp then why do people tale about 110bhp versions if they never made them?

er...Pug 306 is available as 90bhp and 110bhp. The 90 has no intercooler, the 110 has an intercooler hence 110bhp from the same engine. If you chip the 90 to 110 you'll probably have overheat problems. The HDi's are popping headgaskets with far too much frequency as it.

if my memory serves it's at the front next to the water radiator
It looks like a radiator, although often silver coloured, rather than black. On the 306 TD (not HDi) it was sat on top of the engine, on our Xantia 110HDi, it's at the front of the engine bay next to the radiator.
