Draining the fuel filter
When trying to do this no fuel/water came out, it just let air in.
Not being used to diesels is this normal or a fault in the filter?
There is no pipe fitted on the stub, has this anything to do with this?

same engine as the 406.......check to see if the drain is blocked cos mine was,,,,you shiould have a pump on the left hand side of the engine bay, squeese it while the cleared bleed nipple is loosened. dave
