Has anybody had problem with euro parts.eg getting parts and when they say they can get any parts they get the wrong parts.

Has anybody had problem with euro parts.eg getting parts and when they say they can get any parts they get the wrong parts.
I would be cautious if using their fuel filters - not sure of brand but they were not a name I recognized
