does anyone know where the flasher is located for the turn signals on a 1992 grand am gt (quad 4)

it should be in the fuse box
Yes. It should be. However, it is not.
Not sure off hand for a GP but check for it behind a panel below the glove box.
This is for a G/A. However, it is not there either.
