Am I seeing correctly? Do I have to remove a hose to drain the radiator? I can't find a petcock valve anywhere. Is there one on this car and if so where?

If you don't see a petcock on the side of the tank down near the bottom look on the very bottom of each tank, underneath the vehicle. That's where they hid it on my 89 Z - 24.
