I pulled the dipstick out of the tube and found there to be considerable vacuum. Is this right or is something plugged up somewhere?

vacuum. Is this right or is something plugged up somewhere?
There should be vacuum, but not considerable. Sounds like the air inlet tube from throttle body may be plugged.
