96 Grand am suspension problem

Hi Every time i hit even a small pothole, i can hear sort of clunking noise from front right wheel. What could be causing this? Any help is appreciated AR

I would guess the inner stabalizer bar bushings are getting worn / dried out. Make sure things are snug, and if replacing them is not something you want to undertake, loosening them and spraying belt dressing has worked extremely well for me.
