The fan for the heat/ac works intermittently, and when it does work, it is really slow. It seems to work when I start the van from cold, but after it is warmed up, the fan won't work. Any ideas? Hopefully an easy fix???

There is a relay that is mounted beside the blower in the engine compartment. This relay is black in color and held on by a 7mm screw. You can access this relay relative easy to check or replace it. Next time when your blower does not want to work properly or not working at all, tape on the relay to see if the fan will goes on. If it does, replace the relay. If this does not work, It is time to take out a voltmeter and start trouble shooting. I am almost certain it is a relay problem.
