I have a 99 grand am se, and my headlights are dull and the caseing is cracked, and you can hardley see through them. I have tried to adjust them, but no matter what I do, I just cant see where I am going. So I went out and bought new bulbs, and that is not the problem. Any suggestions?

Buy new ones?
get some plastic polish and try to polish them out, if that doesn't work, replace them
