hi everybody i have a 89 firebird 305 V8 engine with automatic transmission i want to konow is it possible to change it manual ? if so how much will it cost?

Yes.
Somewhere between zero and five thousand dollars.
Find a 305 5-speed Camaro or Firebird in the Junkyard. Just get the yellow pages out and start calling junkyards on the phone. When you find one, ask the people at the Junkyard what it'll cost.

Changing the transmission will not cure the engine fuel starvation problem.
