Is the fuse panel on a 1990 6000 under the dash. I see a panel with two screws holding it, is it under there? TIA.

It's inside the glove box...to the left. There's a cover with "FUSES" written on it. Er, at least that's where it was on my 1983 Pontiac 6000.
