Is it blowing cold air, or no air?
always blowing cold
There are two possibilities, and only two. These are:
- Hot water isn't flowing through the heater. You can figure that out pretty easily by feeling pipes to/from the heater core as close as you can get to it
- Air is not flowing through the heater core. This is controlled by a damper that's hooked to the hot/cold control. The damper may be unhooked. That's a little harder to figure out.
where might this damper be?
Inside the heater.
