I´d like to change the standard (full size) radio for a standard size Sony radio.
But how to remove this standard radio? It seems the dashboard is in front of the radio. So do I have to remove it from the backside? And how is it fit? Screws or clamps, or clicked?

Be carefull with ordering US parts for European cars, for some reason they have some very annoying differences. Besides, I once had a Sony in my '94 Pontiac Trans Sport (stick shift!), fixed with parts available in the Netherlands (but I don't have a clue where I found them). You posted just too late, it went to the salvage yard a month ago.
