Turn Signal, 93 Grand Prix

When I use turn signal it just stays on. I was told to replace the "flasher". Where is this? There is no showing in the owners manual or in any of the fuse boxes. Is this the problem and where is it?

Thank You

In both of my Grand Prix's (a 1992 and a 1991) the flasher was located under the steering wheel. You will have to remove the panel under the dash (2 screws, if memory serves) and slide the panel towards you to get it off. Then look for a little round thing that is the flasher. Really easy to replace.

Sounds like a burned out flasher. Replace it.

So your saying your turn signal stays on after making a turn???

Does it do it with the left signal or the right signal or both.A bad flasher would cause one not to flash not to stay on. Sounds mor like turn signal switch is broke or turn signal cancel cam.
