Buying a used Cayenne

I'm considering a 2nd hand purchase of a Cayenne S in the UK.

I'm going to have a look at a couple tomorrow. Apart for the very obvious things like a full Porsche service history, any tips on what I should look out for?

Thanks

I personally wouldn't own the first model year. Not just a cayenne, but any production vehicle. I believe production takes about a year to work out problems. Usually the engineers get involved, then depending on how competent they are, fixes are as simple and complete as possible. Just my opinion. don

I've driven all the Cayenne models and I find that the base model engine (6 cyl in the US) is very weak for a vehicle this heavy. It's ok in the higher rev ranges but who wants to drive an SUV wound up all the time?

Has anyone had a 'Porsche 111 point used car check' done from an official dealer? Was it worth it (it costs 250 pounds in the UK).
