This is a Usenet newsgroup - not a mailing list. It's a totally open-access 'forum' in which anyone with an interest in Saab's old and/or new can read and/or post messages.

It's unmoderated, which means that message don't have to be read and 'approved' by a human before they are accepted and propagated by the various Usenet news servers located all over the world.
