turbo parts needed

i have a turbo from a 9000 and upon insspection it has a lot of cracks in the turbine housing anyone got a junked turbo with a good turbine hosuing they want to get rid of?

Do you have a casting number? I can see if the one I have matches. What continent are you on, by the way?

oh oops sorry forgot i am in longview ,wa usa

the casting number on the hot side is

f25 d87 then there is dh5 then the a/r number is

48

its a aireaserch /garret unit as if you did not already know that :)

i also need a source for the rebuild kits as well bearings seals ect

I've got different numbers, and don't know what they mean. Numbers are DHSGS M4 A/R48 on one side, and 8E83 on the other. It also has two radial cracks leading from the wastegate port, so I don't know if(that) I'd use it.

If nobody here has a suggestion, google for "airresearch rebuild" and you should find something. Keep in mind, dynamic balancing is very important on a turbo so if you choose to rebuild it, make (darn) sure you get everything lined up exactly as it was.

Let me know if you want that housing, but personally I wouldn't put it back onto a car, having looked at the cracks I mentioned.

sounds like the cracks are slightly less worse than mine mine go all the way up into the turbine area so i am soure it it was running it was not making alot of boost i have it cleaned pretty well and can take pics if you want
