Where can I get parts for a 1999 9-3 non turbo, the main dealer is not helpful on parts at all takes over a week to get them

Haymill Saab do a 'mail order' service. Used them for a tricky to obtain part - arrived next day - no carriage cost. They were recommended by another dealer.
