56 Packard Clipper Brake Conversion

I have a 56 Packard Clipper I want to remove the drums in the front and install disks, is there a kit to do this, or does anybody have a better way? Tell me what you think Arnie

Brakes like those Packards have don't need to be replaced, usually.
