Hi,
What do you suggest to use on floors that have flaky rust but are no where near to needing the floors replaced? Should you sand blast or wire wheel them to clean them up? What would you suggest for paint? POR-15? Will POR-15 stick to clean meatal, or should you leave it rusty? Will it stick to the painted surfaces?
I just want to clean up what is there and prevent any further deterioration.
