Does anyone have the bulb numbers for the interior A/T lamp and A/C button lamp? I would like to buy one from an auto parts store if there is a cross for the $8 one my Subaru dealer does not have in stock.

If you don't get an answer here, keep in mind that parts stores have books where you can look all the bulbs up by year, make, and model.
All you really need to know is "dome lamp, 2001 Subaru Forester"
Some lamps, like possibly the A/C button, may be so specific that only the dealership will have it.

have had good luck retrofitting a Radio Shack bulb for less. I'm sorry i don't have the details. maybe a search over there or a Google search will find a post about it.
