4 snow tires on Subaru (early OB) wheels, Seattle area

They are Toyo Observe - G2 tires size 205-70 x 15. These are modern snow tires with walnut shells in the tread fomr our 1998 Outback, when we got a newer Subaru these didn't fit it. They have a reasonable amount of tread, about 60% left, email me if you need a precise measurement. Also includes plastic wheel covers and chains (used maybe twice).

Price is $175.00, we are in Redmond, WA.

They came from Les Schwab, it is possible that they might be willing to change them for you if they have their plastic bags on them (but don't quote me).

Outback,

reasonable

Just an aside. 60% of original tread depth is not much with a winter tire. At least in California, any tire has to have at least 6/32" of tread depth left to qualify as an adequate "snow tread tire" that bypasses certain chain requirements. I believe those tires came with about 13/32" tread depth when new; 60% would be less than 8/32".

I'm not saying the entire package might not be worth the offered price. A set of brand new winter tires might go for around $400 before mounting and balancing. Also - TireRack seems to be sold out of most of their winter tires.

The total price new was in the area of $525. They did work pretty well last winter, the last time we used them.
