Hi All!
I recently acquired a very nice '85 GL 4X4 sedan. The car has the EA82T (turbo) engine, power everything including the factory sun-roof, and (alas) an automatic tranny. Factory cassette and all speakers still sound good. Only has 66K miles on it, and aside from a bit of paint fading it's in cherry condition, and runs great. I am trying to decide if I want to sell the car as-is, or use the ultra-clean chassis as a basis for a new project car. Anyone have any idea if a very clean, lo-miles GL is worth significantly more than the $500 to $700 these cars typically bring on the used market? TIA!
