The "AT Oil Temp" light on my '96 2.5l/auto OB sometimes flashes upon start up, then goes out. Any idea what conditions cause this indication? (I've gone to the moon (225K miles) with this car, and "0" work, maintenance or repair, on the AT....)
Hello. I have a '96 Subaru Legacy also. The flashing 'AT Oil Temp' light means the computer has to be reset by the dealer. It could also indicate a problem, so you should have it checked.
