The front passenger seat in our 2003 Forester XS is very uncomfortable--much harder than any other seat in the vehicle. Have others encountered this, or did we just get stuck with a bad seat?

I had the same problem with my Outback STW 2002 and then I found these:

I've never felt more comfy on a 5K+ km trip then now. Vancouver, BC - Las Vegas NE - San Fran. CA.
It is worth it.

The lumbar support adjuster is on the side of the seat (the inside side, or the passenger side). throttle it down some, and the seat is much more tolerable.
