Turn off the caps lock and quit shouting. Now, how did you check the battery? By turning on the lights or did you actually read it with a meter. Your lights take only a little bit of current to run, while the starter takes a lot. Lights and radio are no indication of the true state of your battery. 90 percent of the time your symptoms are a dead battery, half the time it is dead because the cables are loose and/or corroded. Check and clean the cables at the battery, then when the other ends of the cables. Then get a jump, the car will probably start right up.
