2000TCorolla/timing belt?

Dec 22, 2005 2 Replies

Our corolla has 55,000 miles. Timing belt should be changed when? Thanks, Ron ( snipped-for-privacy@socal.rr.com)

If your vehicle is a 2000 model, I believe you have a chain, not a belt.

Do you still have the owner's manual?

I usually see 60,000 miles recommended for timing belt changes in general. Not sure about your car though.
