Bad battery cables? Broken ground?
It sounds like the fusible link to me. They are usually located near the battery.
Good luck
Dirty battery cables will act like that. Don't forget they have 2 ends...

All kinds of things.
How do you know the battery and alternator are fine?
You need to get the schematic in the shop manual and start tracing it. Odds are there is a line from the battery to a main relay to the fuse box and power is not making it up this line.
That main relay is closed by a control voltage from the ignition switch. Power needs to make it from the battery to an always-on fuse to the ignition switch to the relay.
Start at the battery with a meter or test light, and work your way to the fusebox.

If there's no power at all, how do you know the battery and alternator are good?
Look for a fried fusible link somewhere in the red (+) wire. It is usually located close to the battery.
