A friend of mine has a 95 Dodge Dakota 2 wheel drive V-6 truck. When turning on the heater the blower doesn't work. He checked the fuses and verified that the blower motor does work. There is no power getting to the control switch or the relay on the fire wall. Also if he turns on the A/C, the clutch doesn't engage. He has a repair manual but said it isn't much help. With this limited information any ideas what else he could check to find the problem? Any help is appreciated.
