98 Grand Marquis Noisey Front End (At Whits End)

Hi All: I am at whits end with this car. I can not find where the noise is coming from in the front end. I go over bumps, and I get an occasional thud. I have looked at all the plastic water shields in the lower air dams and they are in tact. I also notice that sometimes when I apply the brakes, I get a clicking sound.... but not always. This car has 75,000 miles and I am really dissapointed in the quality here. Anyone else have similar issues with the equivalent car? I really feel that this car is becoming a piece of s__t. Robert
