OK, changed the switch, it's OK. Checked the bulbs, OK. Got 12V on the fuse, but only a weak 10V at the brake light switch. No amount of contact jumping could make the lights come on.
Checked all the fuses on the car, OK.
Is there a brake light relay somewhere on the Plymouth Voyager? There is not one in the relay center under the hood for this.
