Chrysler Concorde Trouble Code 3-2-1?

Any idea what the code means? The car is a 1997 Concorde LXi wilth 3.5 V6. Thanks for any input.

Assuming it's a P (powertrain) code it's: "Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Range/Performance" which might be a faulty crank sensor, but the more Chrysler aware could probably give you better help.

Are you talking about the "cycle the key 3 times and count blinks of the 'check engine' light" method? If so, that isn't a valid code. All codes are TWO digits, and the code series always terminates with "55". It often (but not always) begins with "12" Run the check again, and count blinks VERY carefully. The pause between "digits" of the two digit code is shorter than the pause between codes, but not a whole lot shorter. You have to watch very carefully.
