Our 2004 Pacifica won't rev over 4000 RPM.
There is no warning message such as "Check Engine" or "Service Engine Soon".
Any ideas?

Additional info: Turns out this is the case only in Park/Neutral. Must be some sort of electronic governor?
That is normal. Most cars are like that. Try it in first gear!
