Did you secure the cams whilst replacing the belt? There are 5mm holes in the front bearing cap of each camshaft for this purpose.

You have two sets of ignition timing marks on the crank pulley. There is a group of three together, and there is one by itself. The one by itself is TDC on the #1 cylinder.

The middle one in the group of three is your specifed timing (16º BTDC). The ones either side represent the outer limits of timing tolerance (2º either way).

When new, the marks had paint on them. Yours likely will not have the paint any more, so look for V-notches in the crank pulley.

Before setting the ignition timing, you must jump the 2-pin grey connector behind the passenger kick panel. A paper clip will do.
