Most likely, poor performance when more fuel delivery is needed. Also a "lean exhaust" trouble code may be set.
Depends on how "low" relative to normal the pressure is, but in general the symptoms are all the same as for a lean condition on a carbureted car.
A few PSI off and you might not notice anything other than a little pinging or light surging under heavy throttle. Enough of that and a "lean" code will indeed get set.
Significantly low pressure will cause a noticable surge, stumble, or loss of power on acceleration, maybe backfiring, and possibly a rough idle or stalling as well.
