wipers

1991 ford 150 wipers will not work on intermitt or low . only work on high an not very good either. the switch and the wiper motor were changed. is there some kind of relay i am missing. a delay box ? does anyone know were it is located . i thank you in advance for any help with this.

Hi, Checked wiper transmission assembly? It may needs lubrication or mechanical pivot joint(s) where usually teflon bushing is used are worn out or cracked. Tony
