1982 Tercel Radiator

I'm replacing a radiator for a 1982 Toyota Tercel (manual transmission). I received a Ready-Rad Radiator (#433689) with has the two connections for the coolant, a connection for the temperature switch, and two connections for what appears to be the coolant lines for an automatic transmission. Since this car is a manual transmission, is it ok to leave the transmission holes disconnected?

Yes, but if the radiator came with caps for the transmission line connections, leave the caps in place. If possible, plug the openings so that moisture doesn't collect inside and start to corrode the radiator.
