I keep hearing a strange noise when ever I turn my car or even when moving from lane to lane... it doesn?t happen if I am driving straight forward and makes the noise even when going in reverse and turning... what could be wrong with it?

What sort of strange noise? Where is the noise coming from? We had to replace CV's on a couple machines in this body groue AE10x due to mileage (230,000). Is it coming from the front wheels?

Noises are difficult to diagnose without actually hearing them, especially if one does not have a description of the noise (type, frequency, volume), where it is coming from, or have specific description of the conditions under which the noise occurs. A service and repair history and current mileage would also help.

With the very sketchy description from above, the noises could be from tires, wheel covers, wheel bearings, brakes, horn contacts, steering rack, steering and suspension components, struts, exhaust, motor and transmission mounts, CV joints, wheel well linings, body parts, wiring connectors - basically everything in the car.

Your best bet is to have a competent technician listen to and diagnose the sounds.

most likely the timing belt, we're having the same issue in our car and replacing it should fix it.
