95 Corolla smelling fuel...

A '95 Corolla has feedback fuel injection with OBDII diagnostics. Start with getting the computer codes extracted and diagnosed. Forget about all the crap you have in mind about performance parts until the code retrieval is done ... by a certified smog tech.

From what I read not all 95 have OBD-II ??

Illinois does not have smog techs...no regulation like some states.

No error codes and performace is great. Also I do not notice any loss of MPG.

according to Philip, your '95 Corolla does have OBD II. What other vehicles have or do not have is not relevant to diagnosing the fuel smell.

Illinois does have vehicle emissions inspections and if the vehicle fails, the vehicle must be brought back into compliance.

How do you know that there are no error codes? Have you or someone actually scanned the ECU?

The most likely cause of the fuel smell is a problem related to the installation of one of your "performance" modifications.

It seems that OBD-I or II would have an impact according to Toyota. I would like to find a way to control the Air/Fuel ration. Apexi has something but they said some of the 95's had OBD-II and some OBD-I.

What do you mean by OBD-I or OBD-II having an impact according to Toyota? Either way, yo should not be smelling raw fuel.

You will not be able to legally control the air/fuel ratio. It is optimized to burn cleanly, and modifications will cause you to fail the state emissions test. If your goal is to get more performance out of the car, the first step is to get the base car in good order first.

I highly recommend that you find and correct the source of the raw fuel smell before doing any further modifications!

The last time I had a raw fuel smell about a car, it was traced to a pin-hole leak in the fuel tank... Same age as the 95 Corolla too
